What the Portal Gives You

Visibility while the work is happening

Analysis consultancy is usually a black box: you send data, wait several weeks, and receive a report. The portal exists so you can see where your project actually is, and so problems surface early rather than at handover.

What you can see and do

• Pipeline stage — which step is running and what is next
• Quality control per sample — depth, alignment rate and any sample flagged for review
• Interim results — clustering, expression summaries and enrichment as they are produced
• Deliverables — download reports, tables, figures and code as each is released
• Storage — what you have uploaded and how much of your allocation is used
• Upload more data — straight through to the encrypted submission portal

Access and security

In production, portal access is restricted to named contacts on your project agreement, protected by two-step verification, and scoped so each account sees only its own projects. Every view and download is logged, and the log is available to you on request.
