Nine analysis services now fully documented
Each service page states the data accepted, the methods applied, the tools used and the deliverables produced — so clients can assess fit before a call.
How the company is developing: capability, capacity, partnerships and where we are investing.
This page is aimed at partners and prospective investors who want to see where the organisation is heading. The items below describe capability we are building, not a track record we are claiming.
Operational and capability developments.
Each service page states the data accepted, the methods applied, the tools used and the deliverables produced — so clients can assess fit before a call.
Project-scoped cloud storage with signed upload links, access logging and automatic checksum verification on arrival.
A single consensus pipeline handling both platforms, with primer scheme detection and per-genome quality flagging, ready for standing surveillance agreements.
We are expanding the network across bioinformatics, biostatistics and data science. Consultants work per project with scoping and contracting handled centrally.
Annual agreements with agreed analysis volume, priority scheduling, reduced rates and included training days for partner staff.
Written agreements now cover scope, storage, retention, access, authorship and intellectual property before any data is accepted.
Our model is a network of consultants engaged per project rather than a large salaried team. That keeps fixed costs low, lets us match specialist expertise to each project, and means capacity scales with demand instead of ahead of it.
Every service we launch is backed by a versioned, containerised pipeline before it is offered commercially. This is slower to build than ad hoc scripting and materially cheaper to run once several clients need the same analysis.
Training is a revenue stream and the reason the company exists. Each partnership includes training days, and the scholarship programme places analysis support with students who could not otherwise access it.
Institutions and investors wanting more detail on the business model or the market should see our investors and partners page or contact us directly.
